For business owners and CEOs

Less busywork. More judgment.

I set up AI assistants with your company's information, take the repetitive work off your managers' plate, and teach your team, step by step, to do things with AI they don't yet know they can. Without changing your systems.

Free. Tell me which task eats up your week and I'll tell you whether it can be solved, and how.

01 · Where the week goes

You pay management salaries for copy and paste.

A good part of a management team's week goes into repetitive work. In the companies I work with, these are the tasks that come up most:

Minutes and action items

The committee agrees on five things and three days later nobody remembers who was supposed to do what.

Spreadsheets stitched by hand

A thousand work orders exported from one system and cross-checked in Excel: 4 to 6 hours per cycle, with typing errors.

Status reports

Every week someone builds the same report from scratch, in the usual format.

Searching regulations and contracts

Answering a regulator or a client depends on what one single person remembers.

02 · What you get

Assistants that know how your company works.

This is not an AI talk or a prompting course. When we finish, your team has this working and knows how to check it.

Google Workspace · Gemini and Google NotebookMicrosoft 365 · CopilotClaudeChatGPT

I work with the tool your company already pays for. I don't sell licenses.

  • Three assistants set up for real tasks. For example: one that summarizes the committee meeting and assigns the action items, one that reviews contracts and procedures, one that consolidates the weekly report.
  • Your company's official folder. Figures, procedures, tone and formats in one place, so the AI doesn't make things up or sound like anyone else.
  • Your team trained on its own files. Live sessions on that week's work, not on textbook examples.
  • A guide to check what the AI produces. What to look at before signing, sending or deciding.
  • Data usage rules. Which information can go into the AI and which can't, in company accounts and in line with Chile's data protection law (Law 21.719).
  • How long each task takes, before and after. Measured, so you know whether the investment paid off.
03 · It's not just busywork

Taking the busywork away is the first step. What comes next is the good part.

First1

The repetitive work goes away

Minutes, reports and spreadsheets come out in minutes. Your people review instead of typing.

Then2

You do what you didn't know you could

Research a market, test an idea or build a prototype in an afternoon. A dashboard you can share. A proposal with your company's stamp.

And it stays3

Your team understands what it's for

It stops just chatting with AI and starts creating with it, step by step. It knows what to ask, what to check and what not to delegate.

Your team doesn't walk away knowing "about AI". It walks away doing things with it.

04 · Do the math

What is the busywork costing you today?

Move your team's numbers and see how much you pay today for work nobody should be doing by hand.

Currency

Hours per month your team spends on repetitive work

301 h

They cost you USD 18,060 a month in salary. Per year: USD 216,720.

Calculation: people × hours per week × 4.3 weeks × hourly cost. A manager's hour ranges from USD 20 to USD 1,000 depending on role and country. It shows today's cost, not a promise of savings.

05 · How it works

Four weeks, on your real files.

Each manager puts in about seven hours in total: a half-hour interview and three two-hour sessions. I do the rest.

Before0

We talk for 30 minutes

You tell me which tasks eat up the week. I tell you whether there is a project and which option fits.

Weeks 1 and 21

I map the tasks and prepare the information

A form and 15 to 30 minutes with each manager. I build the official folder and set up the assistants.

Weeks 3 and 42

Live sessions with your team

Each person uses their assistant on that week's work. We adjust until the result is useful.

Wrap-up3

We measure and set the rules

Time before and after, a review guide, usage rules and what to do next.

06 · Where to start

Three ways to begin.

All three leave something working from the first week. A fixed price for each option, which I give you in our first conversation.

One person

One heavy task, solved

For whoever runs management control, finance or operations

What it is
One-on-one mentoring, in three live sessions with their real file.
You get
The assistant that does the task, a shareable dashboard and the guide to check it.
Example
Consolidating a thousand work orders: from 4 to 6 hours per cycle to minutes. Between 16 and 24 hours a month back: between USD 960 and 1,440 at USD 60 an hour.
Most requested

Management without the busywork

For the whole management team

What it is
Four weeks: a task diagnosis, three company assistants and live sessions with the team.
You get
Working assistants, the official folder, a trained team, usage rules and the before-and-after measurement.
Example
Ten managers, 120 hours a month back: about USD 7,200 in salary at USD 60 an hour. At USD 300 an hour, USD 36,000.
One expert

Your expert's judgment, for the whole team

When only one person knows how to answer

What it is
Thirty days to turn their experience into an assistant with their criteria, sources and formats.
You get
The assistant in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with no new servers, and two people who know how to use it.
Example
A response to a regulator: from 3 to 5 hours to under 30 minutes for the draft, for each of the hundreds that come in every year.

Want to go further? When the issue is the whole company, I build a one-year plan with the opportunities and their investment, and I take charge of making it happen.

07 · Why me

Thirty years putting companies in order. AI is the new tool.

I led projects and technology strategy at KPMG, Oracle and Azurian. At Anglo American I took over a platform that was in production and not working, and got it back on track.

08 · What owners ask

Before we talk.

Do you work in English?

Yes. I work with clients in English and in Spanish. Tell me in our first conversation which language your team prefers, and the sessions, assistants and materials will be in that language.

Where does my company's data stay?

In your company's accounts, not mine. At the start we define which information can go into the AI and which can't, in line with Chile's data protection law (Law 21.719).

Do I need an IT department or a new system?

No. I work with what your systems export and with the tool you already pay for: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Claude or ChatGPT.

What if my team isn't using it after a month?

That's why the sessions are on their own files and we measure each task's time before and after. Whatever isn't used gets adjusted or removed.

Doesn't AI make mistakes?

Yes, sometimes. Each assistant works with your company's official folder and your team learns to check what it produces before using it. A person still signs off.

Do we sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes, before we start. Your files are seen only by the people working on your project and they stay in your company's accounts.

What if I'm not satisfied?

You don't pay. If at the end you're not happy with what you got, I refund what you paid. Why pay for something that doesn't help you? I'm betting it will.

How much does it cost?

A fixed price per option, no extra hours. I give it to you in our first conversation, depending on how many people and tasks are involved.

AI doesn't replace you. It amplifies your judgment.

Pick the task that hurts the most. We start there.

You know how your business wins. I make sure that judgment reaches your team and its tools.
